Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within 90 days and require an original receipt. Returns without a receipt or past 90 days are not accepted.

A valid ID may be required. We reserve the right to limit or refuse some items for return or exchange.

Returns must be new, unused and complete with accessories, instructions, and packaging. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse some items for refund or exchange.

CD's, DVD's, tapes, videos, software, games, and collectible items can not be returned for refund if opened. Defective titles may be exchanged for the same title only.

Repairs for defective items covered by the manufacturer's warranty become the responsibility of the manufacturer. For Manufacturer Repair/Warranty information, call 1-800-334-2526.

Seasonal, holiday and clearance items will be refunded at the current clearance price.

· Credit card or debit card purchases can be refunded only to the original card.

· Refunds for purchases by check may require bank validation.
